We want you to love your new Melissa shoes, but if they aren't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all footwear is returned in its original condition, unworn, and inside the signature scented packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original Melissa box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to protect the unique jelly material during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
